Gun dealer on site to handle transfer of guns. Buyer is responsible for transfer fee of $25 for in state transfer. Out of state buyers will need to provide a gundealer to transfer to. Guns sold out of state may only be tranferred dealer to dealer. Out of state dealer may charge an additional fee. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TRANSFER FEES
You must have a FOID card in Illinois to buy a gun. Out of state must transfer to a dealer.
