Non smoking, no pets home. Unless otherwise indicated, everything is in very good to excellent condition. Kitchen items have normal wear. Furniture including white leather hide a bed couch, (is assumed to be Natuzzi by word of sellers but we have not seen proof on couch) , Lazy Boy recliner, 3 Queen size beds, (one is an adjustable bed), Dining table with 2 leaves and six chairs, curio cabinet, Hutch, drop leaf table and more. Collectables include a Union Pacific RR Spittoon, LOTS of Precious Moments Figures, Shirley temple Creamer pitcher and more. Lot of books…Tracie Peterson, Karen Kingsbury, Colleen Coble and many many more. Lots of general household items & misc. All 3 Queen mattresses have been protected and no stains and rarely if ever used. VERY CLEAN!
